1. Controller

Melodi is operated by Melodia iMoover Plataforms, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 39.255.660/0001-59, Rua Guaibim, 159, Vila Buenos Aires, São Paulo – SP, CEP 03624-160, Brazil.

Contact: WhatsApp support linked on the website, or reply to any email we send you.

2. Data we collect

Contact: name, email and, if you provide it, phone/WhatsApp.

Creation content: names, story, occasion, style, generated lyrics and, if you use them, voice recordings and photos uploaded for videos.

Payments: amount, currency, status and transaction identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe, not by us.

Browsing: pages visited, where your visit came from (campaign or referring site), device type and approximate location derived from your IP address.

3. Why we use it (lawful bases under UK GDPR)

To create and deliver your song and extras, process payment, give account access and send emails about your creation — performance of our contract with you.

To prevent fraud, keep the service secure and measure how the site performs — our legitimate interests.

Advertising measurement cookies — your consent, where required.

Keeping payment records — legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Only providers needed to run the service: AI music and lyrics generation providers, hosting, database and file storage, Stripe for payments, our email delivery service, and advertising measurement (Meta), which receives conversion events with protected data.

We do not sell your data. Some providers are located outside the UK; transfers are protected by the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

Songs and account data are kept while your account exists, so you can listen and download whenever you like. Payment records are kept for the period required by law. Video photos are stored privately.

6. Security

Private files are kept in restricted storage, data access is controlled on the server and our internal tools show contact details in protected form.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
