1. Who we are

Melodi is operated by Melodia iMoover Plataforms, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 39.255.660/0001-59, Rua Guaibim, 159, Vila Buenos Aires, São Paulo – SP, CEP 03624-160, Brazil.

2. The service

Melodi creates personalised songs from the story you tell us. You choose who the song is for, the occasion, the story, the style and the voice; we generate the lyrics and the audio.

By using Melodi you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. AI-generated music

Lyrics, melody and vocals are generated by artificial intelligence through technology providers we use. There is no human songwriter writing each song.

Because the result is generated automatically, pronunciation of names, interpretation of details and arrangement may vary. That is why you can listen to previews before deciding to pay.

4. Previews and two versions

Each creation produces two different versions of the song. Before paying you can listen to a preview of each. Listening to previews is free.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) before you pay, and the price shown at checkout applies. Unlocking a song is a one-off payment — it is not a subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Optional extras (Express Delivery, Gift Page, Song Certificate, Premium Poster, Karaoke Display and the photo video) are shown with their own price, start unselected and are only charged if you choose them.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Melodi does not store your full card details.

6. Digital delivery

Once payment is confirmed, both full versions, the lyrics and MP3 download are available on your song page (a permanent link) and sent to the email you entered. Digital extras are delivered on the same page.

The photo video is produced after payment using the photos you upload, and is delivered on your song page and by email when ready.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights are explained in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Your content: stories, voice and photos

You are responsible for what you send. Do not send offensive or discriminatory content, content that infringes other people's rights, or unnecessary sensitive data.

By uploading photos for a video or voice recordings to tell your story, you confirm you have permission from the people shown or heard. These files are used only to produce what you ordered.

We may refuse or stop creations that break these Terms.

9. How you can use your song

After unlocking you may listen to, gift and share the song with friends and family, including on social media and in personal tribute videos.

For any commercial use (advertising, resale, distribution on streaming platforms), contact support first.

The Song Certificate is a keepsake document. It is not an official copyright registration and does not grant exclusive legal rights.

Songs may appear on public areas of Melodi (such as Stories) showing only the title, cover and preview. You can ask support to remove your song from public areas at any time.

10. Account and access

You can access your songs through the account linked to your email. Keep your email secure: whoever controls it can sign in.

11. Liability

We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill and as described. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the date of the latest version appears at the top. If you live in the UK, you can bring claims in the courts of the part of the UK where you live, and the mandatory consumer protections of that country apply.
