Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase.

Songs and digital extras are digital content supplied immediately after payment. Before paying, we ask you to tick a box (never pre-ticked) confirming that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose the right to cancel once the content is made available. We record that confirmation with your order and include it in your payment receipt.

2. What this means for each item

Personalised song, Gift Page, Song Certificate, Premium Poster and Karaoke Display: supplied digitally as soon as payment is confirmed, so the 14-day cancellation right ends at that moment, based on your consent.

Express Delivery: applies to the delivery of your song; once the song is delivered, it has been supplied.

Photo video: made to order from your photos. Until we start producing it you can cancel and get a full refund of the video price by contacting support. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible, but your rights in section 3 still apply.

3. Faulty or undelivered content

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something you paid for is not delivered, is faulty or is not as described, contact us: we will repair or replace it, and if that is not possible or does not work, you are entitled to a refund in full or in part.

These rights are not affected by the consent described in section 1.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 14 days of our agreement.
